Return Policy:

Items that may be returned

•   Items that are in new condition complete with original packaging.
•   Return Shipping Fee may Apply.  Contact us for details.
•   Items that were not shipped correctly
•   Items that were ordered in error by customer
•   Items that are being returned within 14 days of receipt
•   Items that have been damaged in shipping

Damaged Products

•   Items sent at Krumpet’s Home Decor Error will be returned at our expense
•   Items lost or damaged in shipping will be re-sent at Krumpet’s Home Decor expense
•   Credit for mis-shipped and damaged items will not be given until the item has been returned and inspected.
•   Damages received during shipping must be notified to Krumpet’s Home Decor within 14 days of package receipt and after this time frame, Krumpet’s Home Decor will not be held responsible.
•   Only damaged product returned back to Krumpet’s Home Decor within 14 days from return authorization issuance is eligible to receive credit.
